Meet Nathan, Parts Interpreter at Delatite Ford. Nathan’s role is about much more than looking up part numbers. Behind the counter, there’s often a lot of research involved to make sure customers and technicians get the right part for the job. That’s where his background comes in. Before moving into parts, Nathan spent 20 years as a mechanic, so he brings plenty of hands-on experience to the role. One of the things he enjoys most is helping customers find a solution, especially when they’ve had no luck elsewhere. Outside of work, Nathan keeps busy spending time with his kids, playing cricket in summer, doing Taekwondo, camping and getting outdoors whenever he can.
